DFA checks of your files show a footprint mismatch of components U6 (LINE ITEM#42) [MPN: FT231XS-R] in GERBER files w.r.t. mechanical dimensions as per datasheet. As shown in image, actual component have pitch of 0.635mm but pitch in Gerber footprint is 0.65 mm. Kindly review and advise.

It's true. There is mismatsh between footprint and actual component pitch. But we think that component could be soldered on this footprint without any consequences in case of placing as shown on the picture.

We will try to place the component u6 as is on the available footprint, if unable we will DNI it and ship back along with the board. Please advise if this is acceptable to you.
