Correction, it is FleaFPGA-JTAG -l that detects it. But neither FleaFPGA-JTAG nor ujprog will program it. I can program it with openocd with an .svf ok.

The FPGA can be programmed and works.
Note, it can only be programmed with OpenOCD for some reason. ujprog detects it (with
-l
