ProtoExpress IST137269:

"While performing DFM validation on your order we observed, gangmask opening is present for the pads in top and bottom layer. Since this order is going to be assembles at our facility we prefer to have individual mask opening. IS this acceptable? Please confirm. Refer to the attached snap shot for quick reference."

If PCB production and assembly made by the same producer mask opening is up to him. Confirmed.
