Fix issue in CDC device class driver where received data the size of the data endpoint could lock up the driver. Further work on the new CDC and HID host mode class drivers. Added brace guards to macros with parameters to prevent unintended changed evaluation of the macro expression. Dataflash_WaitWhileBusy() now always ensures that the dataflash is ready for the next command immediately after returning, no need to call Dataflash_ToggleSelectedChipCS() afterwards. Added new DATAFLASH_CHIP_MASK() macro to the Dataflash driver, which returns the Dataflash select mask for the given chip index.
