Clarified error messages and constant names.

- Changed "G28 Z Forbidden" to "Home XY first"
- Added constants LULZBOT_USE_Z_SCREW and LULZBOT_USE_Z_BELT to distinguish new and old printers.
- Added constant LULZBOT_AUTO_BED_LEVELING_LINEAR for alternative 4-point leveling style.
