More sanity-checking for ABL

- Moved sanity-checks to Marlin_main.cpp
- Applied to other configuration files
- Fixed formatting of ABL output
- Passing verbose level to probe_pt
- Miscellaneous cleanup
- Put CONFIG_STEPPERS_TOSHIBA into Configuration.h
