Add Hibiscus geared prototype. Increase tx buffer.

- Added Hibiscus_EinsyGearedMini2LCD variant.
- Increased TX_BUFFER_SIZE as recommended for ADVANCED_OK (may affect T1598, but does not appear to fix that issue)
