Dean Camera	64e5c4084f	Add optional pipe double banking support to the Host mode Class drivers. Descriptor processing routines now pass around void pointers rather than uint8_t pointers, as their destination datatype is know well known -- they are just streams of bytes until they are cast to the correct destination type by DESCRIPTOR_CAST.	15 years ago

CDC based demos and project now work under 64 bit versions of Windows (thanks to Ronny Hanson, Thomas Bleeker). Remove all Host mode class demos other than the CDCHost class driver demo, so that they can be re-added as they are made once the host mode class framework is designed. Fixed USB_Host_SendControlRequest() not re-suspending the USB bus when initial device ready-wait fails. Fixed USB Pad regulator not being disabled on some AVR models when the USB_OPT_REG_DISABLED option is used.	16 years ago
