`block_buffer_runtime_us` is mangled in the planner and in the stepper-ISR.
So it needs to be volatile and interrupt protected.

`Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_INVERTING` must match `Z_MIN_PROBE_ENDSTOP_INVERTING`
when using `Z_MIN_PROBE_USES_Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_PIN`.
This is easy to overlook.
