- On Hibiscus, a missed probe will trigger the following recovery sequence:
- Rehome
- X axis leveling
- Reprobe (from 1st point).
- On other printers, this FW will revert the old behavior of probing from
the 1st point after a rewipe (rather than continuing from where it failed).
- Homing now required before moving any axis.
- Software endstops now enabled to prevent crashing axes.
- Z motors now enabled at startup to hold Z axis.
- Controller fan now runs at 1/2 power at startup.
- Enabled LIN_ADVANCE with Z factor = 0 so that this can be set by a user.
- Disabled LED support on X MAX out of concern that a user may accidently short out their board.

Changed the ANET_KEYPAD_LCD to zonestar, since it is the same device.
I kept a define for ANET_KEYPAD_LCD to enable ZONESTAR_LCD.
Example Configuration.h files are not updated yet. You need to cross
your settings over to the default Configuration.h file in the \Marlin
directory. (UBL_G26_MESH_VALIDATION enablement has moved to a new
location in the file.)
* Fix thermal protection documentation.
Even before the recent thermal protection changes, the documentation of
the thermal protection feature in the config files did not match the
implementation. I fixed the documentation and reconciled the M303
implementation with the documentation.

Changes to support NEOPIXEL LED strips
- Support for different NEOPIXEL as defined in Adafruit_NeoPixel.h

- ability to define sequential/non-sequential transition of color change during heating-up
- additional parameter to M150 P<brightness>
- Controller fan on Mini is now driven at 50% for quieter operation.
- Added workaround for setting PWM frequency on controller fan.
- Switched to using FAST_PWM using a prescale of 4.
Added "--config" option to build-lulzbot-firmware.sh to save out
values in "Configuration.h" and "Configuration_adv.h" for chosen
printer and toolhead. This is useful when submitting issues to
Marlin devs.
